On Windows 8 or 10
Please enable .NET Framework 2.0 using the Windows Features menu.
Simply search for "windows features" and execute "Turn Windows features on or off"
Enable the ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)", click OK, then click "Download files from Windows Update"
You can then proceed with the installation of sTabLauncher.
